As you can see there is quite a difference!

All of the Windows 8 modules that are highlighted in yellow are CDXML based.  They can’t be made available on Windows 7 because the underlying WMI classes aren’t available

    I notice that International is not coloured, so how to I transfer that from 8.1 to 7 ? There are components of this in c:\windows\microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC.MSIL\, as referenced by the International.psd1.
